Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

Skin-Stream offers both one-time purchases and subscription purchase options for select products. By selecting a purchase option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are charged in full at checkout and are not recurring. These purchases are subject to our Shipping, Returns & Refund, and Terms of Service policies.

Subscription Purchases

Subscriptions provide discounted pricing and automatic recurring deliveries based on the interval selected at checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Skin-Stream to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time after the first recurring order has processed

  • The initial order and first recurring order are non-cancelable and non-refundable

  • Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle

  • Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed

How to Cancel

Customers may cancel their subscription by:

  • Logging into their customer account and managing their subscription, or

  • Contacting officialskinstream@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the next billing date

Subscription Modifications

Customers may:

  • Update shipping or billing information

  • Pause or skip upcoming deliveries (where available)

Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • We may attempt to process the payment again

  • Subscription shipments may be delayed or paused until payment is successful

Chargebacks & Disputes (Subscription Orders)

Subscription chargebacks may be disputed if:

  • The customer agreed to recurring billing at checkout

  • The customer failed to cancel before the next billing date

  • The order had already been processed or shipped

Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

Price & Product Changes

Skin-Stream reserves the right to:

  • Adjust subscription pricing with advance notice

  • Modify or discontinue subscription products

Customers will be notified prior to any material changes.
