• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
